Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to help your garden flourish wherever you are.
Delivery Options:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Our Returns Promise
We stand behind our plants with a 15-day return policy from your delivery date. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Original receipt or proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate nature, these plants cannot be returned:
- Bedding Plants (unlikely to survive return shipping)
- Flowering Shrubs (specialized packaging makes returns impractical)
- Fruit Trees (require specific handling)
- Any plant that has been planted or removed from original packaging
Exception: If you receive damaged/incorrect items from these categories, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos.
How to Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us Within 15 Days
Email our Belfast-based team at [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Product details
- Reason for return
- Refund or exchange preference

Step 2: Wait for Our Response
We’ll reply within 2 business days with return instructions. For exchanges, we’ll check item availability.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Once approved:
- Repackage item securely in original packaging with all tags
- Affix the return shipping label we provide
- Ship to: Gardenista Returns, 19 Church Ln, Belfast, GB CH5H 8ES
Note: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
After inspection (typically within 5 business days of arrival):
- Refunds: Processed to original payment method within 10 business days
- Exchanges: New item ships within 3 business days of approval
Refund Details
- Issued via original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Processing times depend on your financial institution (typically 3-10 business days after we issue)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For customers outside the UK:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds issued in GBP (subject to currency fluctuations)
